Stepping into the user's shoes

The path to choosing tutoring from a parent's perspective

Once we have created a suitable persona constructed for our needs, we want to know what path we are planning for the user.

This allows us to focus our attention on lowering frustration and increasing moments of happiness.

Let's see what the competition has to offer

Competitor analysis in such a competitive market is the basis for success. It is worth finding out what works and what does not.

Not just a page, but a whole identity

AI-assisted graphic design

With the support of AI, it was possible to generate a set of graphics that helped to reflect the identity of the website and the brand as a whole.

They make the website unique; standing out from the competition.

Questionnaire to shorten the choice

By going through a survey, we are able to suggest users tutors suited to their needs.

Here, we are able to select those who are most suitable in terms of availability, experience and the particular specialisation they deal with.

Not just what you see at first glance

Part of the first iteration was not only to create a marketing showcase to attract customers, but also to take care of customers who had purchased lessons.

For this, special dashboard views were prepared: separately for tutors and separately for developers. Despite containing a lot of information, it had to be easy to use and clear for both parents and children joining in with the lessons.

Continuous improvement and seeking of feedback

Analysing user behaviour (even if absurd)

Part of the improvement of the application was to constantly monitor user behaviour in order to increase conversions, check for user problems and catch any errors that may have occurred during coding.

This approach enabled the site to respond quickly to the aspects that required it and, in an iterative process, allowed the site to evolve.

Only trusted & suitable tutors

The algorithm was able to match tutors to individual client needs, so that each party knew what to expect. This resulted in a boost in users who, after a trial lesson, stayed with a tutor for a permanent relationship.

It also cut down on endless scrolling for the user and helped them to make a decision.
